Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance or even the day before. If this is the case, we will call or text the day before to confirm that someone will be at the party location for delivery.
We have rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Holly's Party Jumps, LLC cleans and disinfects each unit.
Yes, a blower is required for usage and must remain on while in use.
We DO NOT SET-UP at PUBLIC PARKS

Yes, all orders require a $50 nonrefundable deposit via Credit or debit card. If you need to cancel your event, please contact Holly's Party Jumps, LLC at 601-763-8851, and a representative will cancel your order. NO EMAIL CANCELLATIONS, OR TEXT MESSAGES ARE ACCEPTED. This is fully refundable in the form of a rain-check to be used within 1 year of your order. It must be canceled at least 14 days before your rental date to receive a refund for any amount over the $50 nonrefundable deposit. If you cancel between 2-7 days before your rental, you will not be given a refund of any kind. If you are canceling due to rain or weather-related issues, refunds are only given in the form of a rain-check to be used within 1 year. If the percentage of rain is greater than 50% or at the discretion of Holly's Party Jumps, LLC, we may cancel your event for the safety of the users.
Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked, room for the blower, and can´t rub against walls or trees, as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each inflatable include the space needed for stakes, etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss setup options.
Check the requirements listed on each inflatable. Please make sure your set-up area is clean, clear, and level for set-up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds, so we need a clear path with ample room.
Our team will assess your space on arrival and select the safest setup location for both the children and the inflatable. We can set up on grass (our preferred surface and the best option for kids), dirt, asphalt, or concrete. We’re unable to set up on rocks or gravel, as the constant rubbing can damage the unit.
Yes, there is a link on your receipt email.
You’re responsible for taking reasonable care of our inflatables, but you are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
Normal wear and tear can happen over time, especially in high-traffic areas where seams may begin to weaken or develop small tears. If you notice any tearing or unusual wear during your rental, please contact us immediately so we can address it as quickly as possible.
However, if damage occurs due to negligence or failure to follow our safety rules and weight limits, you will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement. Examples include (but are not limited to) leaving the blower running in high winds, exceeding capacity limits, or allowing prohibited items such as silly string on the inflatable. Damage of this type can be expensive and may include replacement of the unit, blower, or related equipment, potentially costing thousands of dollars.
To help prevent issues and keep everyone safe, we require you to sign and initial our safety rules. This confirms you understand the guidelines and agree to act as the trained operator during the rental period.
